All purchases ship via USPS. Book-only orders ship via Media Mail.
Return & Refund Policy
In-Store Returns
No-Fault Returns
We accept returns for most items when the following conditions are met:
Return Window
In-person returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
*Unused, unopened, and in original, resalable condition.
*Unopened for sealed products such as tarot decks, oracle decks, incense, sprays, soaps, essential oils, herbal products, and other consumables.
*Unburned for candles, sage, and other burnables.
*Returned with the original receipt.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To protect product integrity and safety, the following items are final sale:
*Opened tarot/oracle decks or any unsealed product.
*Incense, sprays, soaps, oils, teas, or any consumable item.
*Partially burned candles.
*Special orders or pre-orders.
*Divination readings, which are non-refundable and provided for entertainment purposes only.
*Edible or body products of any kind.
*Crystals or mineral specimens costing $100 and above.
Refunds
*Approved refunds will be issued to your
original payment method.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for web sales. Items purchased in-store may be exchanged in-store for items of equal value and follow all the rules for returns.
Final Sale Items
Certain products may be marked as non-returnable, Clearance, or Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.
Online Returns
No-Fault Returns
We accept returns for most items when the following conditions are met:

*Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order.
*All returned items must be received by us within 30 days of your return request being approved.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
*Unused, unopened, and in original, resalable condition.
*Unopened for sealed products such as tarot decks, oracle decks, incense, sprays, soaps, essential oils, herbal products, and other consumables.
*Unburned for candles, sage, and other burnables.
*Returned with the original invoice or order number included inside the package.
Items Not Eligible for Return

*Crystals or mineral specimens listed as non-returnable in their individual product description (see below).
Crystals & Mineral Specimens
Due to the unique and fragile nature of crystals:
*Most crystals may be returned as long as they are in original, undamaged condition.
*For higher-value or delicate items, certain crystals may be expressly listed as final sale on their product page.
*We reserve the right to request photos of the item’s condition prior to packing, to ensure safe return handling and prevent damage disputes.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging, but occasionally items may arrive damaged.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
1 - Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2 - Include:
*Clear photos of the damaged item,
*Photos of the shipping box and packaging, especially if the box shows any dents, tears, or crushing.
3 - Do not discard the item or packaging until your claim is resolved; USPS may require inspection.
Once approved, we will:
*Replace the item (if available),
or
*Issue a refund to your original form of payment.
If postal damage is evident, we may file a USPS claim, and your photo documentation is essential.
Return Shipping Costs
*For no-fault returns (change of mind, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping.
*If we made an error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover return shipping.
*Damaged items do not need to be returned unless we request it.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
*Approved refunds will be issued to your
original payment method.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for web sales. Customers may return an eligible item (per the rules above) and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Certain products may be marked as Final Sale on their product pages. These items cannot be returned for any reason other than shipping damage.
Product Exchange
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for web sales. Items purchased in-store may be exchanged in-store for items of equal value and follow all the rules for returns.
