About the author: Peter Fenton, Ph.D. has written two other books on Eastern spiritual practices, entitled Shaolin Nei Jin Qi Gong: Ancient Healing in the Modern World and Wisdom of Tai Chi: Ancient Secrets to Health and Harmony. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Philosophy from the University of Calgary and has spent many years as an educator, naturalist, and journalist in both Canada and the United States. Dr. Fenton’s articles have been published in Shambhala Sun, Natural Health, The Calgary Herald, and Light of Consciousness. He lives in Sand Point, Idaho.
